SERVICE TERMS & POLICIES – OMI POS

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & ACCESS

  • Users must provide accurate information when registering for an account.

  • Access to and use of the system is verified through secure email/SMS authentication.

  • Omi POS reserves the right to refuse or limit access if any violations of the terms are detected.

2. DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY

  • All data (appointments, customers, transactions, etc.) is encrypted and stored in compliance with international security standards.

  • Users are responsible for keeping their accounts and passwords secure.

  • Omi POS reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts if suspicious login activity is detected.

3. SERVICE COMMITMENT

  • Omi POS provides POS, CRM, and virtual call center solutions under a SaaS model.

  • The system is maintained on a scheduled basis, with prior notice to users.

  • Downtime caused by maintenance is not counted toward the service subscription period.

4. CANCELLATION & RENEWAL POLICY

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Payments made are non-refundable; however, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless users choose to pause or cancel in advance.

5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

  • Omi POS does not issue refunds for activated service plans, except in cases of confirmed system errors.

  • Any payment disputes must be addressed with Omi POS support prior to initiating a chargeback.

6. COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING (Optional)

  • By opting in, users agree to receive promotional offers, product updates, and system notifications.

  • Users can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

7. DATA OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

  • All business data (customers, revenue, appointments, etc.) belongs to the user.

  • Omi POS only processes this data to operate the system and does not share it with third parties.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users must not use the platform to distribute spam, violate any laws, or infringe on others’ privacy.

  • Users are fully responsible for all content and activity under their accounts.

9. IMAGE & CASE STUDY USAGE (Optional)

  • By granting permission, users allow Omi POS to use their business images or descriptions as marketing case studies without compensation.

  • This consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.

10. SUPPORT & SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • Omi POS provides 24/7 technical support via chat, email, or hotline.

  • We are committed to resolving system issues as quickly as possible.

  • Users must provide accurate information when submitting support requests.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any issues will first be addressed directly between both parties in good faith.

  • If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States or the jurisdiction where Omi POS operates.

12. GOVERNING LAW

  • These policies are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable regulations.

  • Omi POS reserves the right to update these policies without prior notice. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
